The Canada Council is using an online\u00a0survey\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Arts in a Digital World\u00a0\u2013\u00a0to learn how the sector is making use of digital tools in the creation\u00a0and production of art, its dissemination, audience engagement and the management of arts\u00a0organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"765.8914007091294\"><\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"812.6526273180235\">The Canada Council is looking to have a better understanding of how artists, collectives and arts\u00a0organizations are currently using digital technologies, where there are strengths\u00a0and challenges, needs\u00a0and opportunities. This will allow the Canada Council to make informed choices on how to support the\u00a0arts moving forward and invest in its digital strategy, starting in April 2017.<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"836.6467299192551\">\n<p>Your voice is an important part of this process. Results and learnings from\u00a0the survey will be on the\u00a0agenda for a major digital summit in 2017, and will influence how funding\u00a0is allocated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"682.4274981755924\">\n<p>The survey takes approximately 25 minutes and is live now:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/fluidsurveys.com\/s\/ArtsinaDigitalWorld\/langeng\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/fluidsurveys.com\/s\/ArtsinaDigitalWorld\/langeng\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"682.4274981755924\">\u00a0Participants in the survey could win one of three prizes to attend an arts event in their community. <strong>The\u00a0survey closes on\u00a0Friday, June 24<\/strong>.\u00a0The results of the survey will be shared in the autumn of 2016.<\/div>\n<p><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">artsnb<\/strong><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"> encourages all New Brunswick artists and arts organizations to take this survey to ensure that the Maritime provinces are well represented.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Need more convincing for why you should participate?
