The New Brunswick Arts Board is an arm’s length arts funding agency with a legislated mandate to facilitate and promote the creation of art as well as administering funding programs for professional artists in the province.

With an upcoming Career Development deadline, I thought I’d share a bit of information with all of you.
As you may already know, the Career Development program is one of our biggest programs, with six (6) deadlines throughout the year. The program is designed to recognize and encourage arts professionals who have demonstrated exceptional artistic talent and potential, and who are pursuing a career in the arts. It is also divided into four (4) components, which you can find here along with the yearly deadlines.
One tip to remember when preparing an application for any of our grants, scholarships or programs, is to reach out to our Program Officer with any questions or concerns you might have. The next deadline for the Career Development Program is July 1st, so be sure to fill out your application, via our website before then!
