artsnb LUNCH AND LEARN WITH CANADA COUNCIL FOR THE ARTS

artsnb is pleased to invite a Program Officer from the Canada Council for the Arts to present on their Explore and Create Program.

Information Session and Q&A with Canada Council for the Arts (online) AUGUST 3, 2022, 12 PM (AST), registrations are required.

The Canada Council for the Arts (CCA) is Canada’s public arts funder. The Canada Council contributes to the vibrancy of a creative and diverse arts and literary scene through grants, services, prizes and payments to Canadian artists and arts organizations.   

Join us online on Wednesday, August 3 from 12-1 pm to learn how to put together a grant application for the Canada Council for the Arts. Pablo Diconca, a Program Officer from the Canada Council’s Explore and Create program will walk you through: how to create an artist profile on the Council’s portal, what types of grants are available, what to expect through the application process, and how to put your best foot forward. 

About Pablo Diconca, Program Officer at CCA

Pablo Diconca is a Program Officer with the Canada Council for the Arts’ Explore and Create program. Pablo is active in the film industry as a director and in the dance industry as a choreographer. Pablo also acts in several series and films as an actor.

Pablo joined the Council in 2017 and has managed competitions in dance, theater, and media arts.
