The New Brunswick Arts Board is an arm’s length arts funding agency with a legislated mandate to facilitate and promote the creation of art as well as administering funding programs for professional artists in the province.
Fredericton, September 14, 2026 – The New Brunswick Arts Board (artsnb) is proud to announce the laureates of the 2026 Lieutenant Governor’s Awards for High Achievement in the Arts. The laureates are Carol Collicutt, Dyane Léger, Diane Losier, and Shane Perley-Dutcher.
On November 7th 2026, alongside the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick and presenting partner UNI Financial Cooperation, artsnb will celebrate the four artists who will be receiving the awards for high achievement in the arts in the following categories: Indigenous Artist, Visual Arts, Literary Arts and Performing Arts.
