Arianna Martinez is a filmmaker and educator living in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She is a co-founding member of Strike Pictures, and with them has produced several short films that have screened internationally and have been licensed to CBC for broadcasting.

Following the announcement last Friday of a new partnership between the NB Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture, the Canada Council for the Arts and artsnb, we are happy to announce that there will be visits to Indigenous communities of New Brunswick this month.

I had the impression something special had occurred when the last 6 Elle lines of of poetry were spoken in a lush silence from the loft of Église historique de Barachois, as the last notes of the ensemble delicately reverberated in the mind. Thus ended Conversations2019.

January 28th, 2020 – Fredericton – The New Brunswick Arts Board (artsnb) is proud to announce that Darren McLeod has joined the Board of Directors and that Alain Boisvert has been re-appointed for a second term.

Julie Forgues – Artist Residency Programs

Living in Moncton, New-Brunswick, Julie Forgues obtained her BFA at Universitéde Moncton in 1995 and her MFA Studio –photography at Concordia University in 1999. She has been a faculty member of the Department des arts visuels of Université de Moncton since 2000 as a photography professor and is the Head of department since July 2016.
