The New Brunswick Arts Board is an arm’s length arts funding agency with a legislated mandate to facilitate and promote the creation of art as well as administering funding programs for professional artists in the province.
The Arts Infrastructure program is open to early-career artists and artists who are newly arrived to Canada. This grant is designed to allow these artists to acquire tools and equipment or to improve their facilities, with the goal to strengthen their long-term capacity to create.
Please note, if you are an artist who is not an early career artist or an artist who has recently arrived to Canada, you are not eligible to apply to the Arts Infrastructure Program. Since 2024, applicants to the Creation Program can include expenses up to $1500 in equipment acquisition to carry out their proposed project. Click here to find out more about the Creation Program.
